Committee Management
The committee record will contain name and address information identical to member master record (operator has option to override if different) and other demographic coding to assist in directory preparation and mailing list management. Normally, it will not contain any accounting information. The organization will have complete control of all committee data utilized by the system.
The data will contain, at a minimum, the following:
- Record id
- Individual name and/or institution name
- Full address (same or different from member record)
- Committees and positions
- Term of service
As a by-product of maintaining committee data, the organization will be able to produce printouts, reports and PDF documents including:
- Committee directories and rosters
- Mailing labels
- Letters
As with all the other modules, the committee file is fully integrated with the word processing capabilities of the system.
